make thorns and spikes protrude from bodies

i am trying to recreate an old character from a city that no longer exists in Rhode Island and I cannot figure out a good way to recreate the spikes and thorns coming out of her body. Any thoughts?

There are a few spikes that look quite good. There’s one on the last page of ShoulderRight-Standard, and more in the Head-Aliens and Ears-Standard categories. Take your pick! Or you could find one on a Companion and mask it, but that’s a bit more work.

There is also the spike from itemright-pole arm that works well as a spike/thorn. It is just the spike end, no guard or extra blades, just a spike. When colored, it should have color 2 as a veiny looking thing.
