October 18, 2018 at 3:17 pm #152938Crusher- Graham BoltonPowers: Super Strength (5- 10x Normal Human Maximum), Superhuman Endurance, Increased Regenerative Capabilities and Resistance To Injury
Another product of the experimental drug that gave Red Kite her powers, Graham Bolton was an ex-athlete and current coach who ended up on the wrong side of some gang members due to gambling debts and a nasty reliance on illegal drugs. Upon getting his powers, Bolton would resort to crime in order to pay his debts.October 21, 2018 at 3:24 pm #152987Geyser- Lowell StonePowers: Liquid Thermo-kinesis
A thief with the ability to control the temperature of most liquids, Lowell Stone manufactured his own high pressure water cannon system for use during his crimes. Using a combination of high pressure jets and boiling heat, these cannons are quite a formidable weapon, though capacity is still a major problem and, as such, the cannons can only be used sparingly.October 30, 2018 at 6:09 pm #153093
Condor- Frank McCoyPowers: None (Expert marksman with extensive hand-to-hand and weapons based combat expertise)
A killer for hire, Frank McCoy got the nickname Condor due to his impressive kill rate, it was said that if he was sent to get you, you might as well already have Condors circuling above you. Despite his profession, he does have a twisted sense of honour and prefers to give his targets a chance to fight back, as it makes the eventual kill more satisfying One of Red Kite’s greatest foes, not only because of his almost relentless targeting of her, but also because, unbeknownst to either of them, they share a real life connection; Kate Quinn happens to be best friends with McCoy’s daughter, Maria.
Best friends with Kate Quinn since childhood, Maria is one of very few people to know of her friends double life as the superhero Red Kite. A journalist and something of an amateur sleuth, she provides a lot of support to her friend through her inquisitive nature and intuition. However, one mystery she hasn’t been able to figure out is that her father is actually the supervillain, Condor, though luckily for her and Kate, he hasn’t worked out Red Kite’s identity yet either.October 31, 2018 at 5:00 pm #153105
Ms. Ultra- Gabriella HaynesPowers: Peak Physical Condition, Adaptive Muscle Memory, Photo-Reflexes
A former star athlete, Gabriella Haynes life began on a downward spiral after failing to make the cut on her athletics team. Fearing she may be losing her edge after failing to get back on the team, she experimented with performance enhancing drugs. The drugs worked and got her back on the team, until she was caught and banned for life. The ban also ended up costing Haynes her job when the police got involved. Unable to make ends meet, she ended up volunteering for a secret experiment that would alter her very genetic makeup. Nowstronger, faster and with greater stamina than ever before, alongside reflexes far beyond any normal human, Gabriella works for Criminal Enterprises as an enforcer/ operative, most commonly facing off against Red Kite, The Angels and King Hawk/ Queen Eagle.November 1, 2018 at 3:41 pm #153117
Mindmaster- Harry BarrettPowers: Genius Level Intellect, Advanced Technical Capability, Hypno-HelmetThe younger brother of The Owl, a superhero currently working for W.I.L.D’s Strike Force initiative, Harry Barrett was always much more introverted than his brother. Though much smarter than his older sibling, Harry always found it much harder to relate to other people. This isolation fed into two defining features of his character, a supreme jealousy of his much more popular brother and a need to prove himself superior to everyone else. So when his brother used his intellect to become a superhero, Harry tried as well. But he failed and had to be bailed out by his brother. So instead, Harry decided to become a super villain and try to beat his brother that was. But he failed at that too. Eventually, his antics caught the attention of other superheroes, most notably Red Kite, who unknowingly ruined an elaborate scheme of Harrys to finally destroy his brother once and for all. Since then, Harry has become obsessed with defeating Red Kite as well, but she also keeps beating him, further adding to his obsession. Whilst his intelligence can be in no doubt, afterall he created all his own gadgets, including his Hypno-Helmet (a helmet that can control other peoples minds), Harrys main problem seems to be his own nature, his love of being overdramatic and over-elaborate, as well as his over confidence.
Also, he loves coming up with his own taglines, such as “The Malevolent Menace Of The Mindmaster”. He says these often. It annoys everyone.November 11, 2018 at 3:00 pm #153193
Shockwave- Matt FlynnPowers: Vibration Manipulation
Matt Flynn was once just as small time thief, a low ranking member of Criminal Enterprises. However, that all changed during a botched job on a experimental technologies lab. Accidentally triggering a seismic wave manipulation machine, Flynn’s entire molecular structure was affected in such a way that he too became able to control pressure oscillations. Taking on the pseudonym Shockwave, Flynn can vibrate any solid object by touch and send pressure pulses through the air. He is able to control the frequency of these vibrations to such an extent that he can just as easily vibrate a specific mechanism lose in a safe door as cause a magnitude 6 earthquake.November 11, 2018 at 9:17 pm #153196
. . . or make the perfect martini!November 14, 2018 at 4:00 pm #153220
@HerrD- True. Kinda makes you wonder why he didn’t go into bar service. I mean, other than potentially making exponentially more via crime, but, you know, he wouldn’t have to be on the run from the law all the time, plus he could alway cameo in his universes Bond equivelent.
Cement- William FlintPowers: Body made of phase changing cement (can be either solid or liquid at will), Extreme Durability, Enhanced Strength
Once an ordinary construction worker, William Flint just had one very bad day at work to turn him into the supervillain known as Cement. Working on renovating an old disused nuclear power plant, FLint fell from his scaffolding and landed in some unset cement. Unfortunately, unknown to Flint and his colleagues, the sit had not been properly decontaminated and Flint emerged from his fall with a body made of cement. Unable to have a normal life after his accident, and prevented from commiting suicide due to his new physiology, he attempted to take his revenge on his former boss, but was stopped by Red Kite. However, this has given him a new purpose in life, to kill both Red Kite and his former boss.November 18, 2018 at 3:49 pm #153250Missile Man- Mark O’DonnallPowers: Unstoppable Momentum (When enough momentum is built up other powers include: Super Speed, Flight, Invulnerability)
Once an Private Detective turned underworld enforcer, Mark O’Donnall gained his superpowers through an underground lab set up by Criminal Enterprises to create supervillains. After building up enough speed, O’Donnall is virtually unstoppable, being able to pierce through steel and concrete like paper, with his custom helmet protecting his head, neck and shoulders from any major damage. However, at such speeds it is very hard for O’Donnall to turn, so if he wishes to use his full power, he has to make sure his target is directly in front of him.November 22, 2018 at 3:47 pm #153286
Inferno- Ashley ByrnePowers: Pyrokinesis
Gaining her powers through Criminal Enterprises Project Prometheus, Ashley Byrne’s motivation was revenge. When she was a child, she lost her father when a fire broke out at the oil rig where he worked. Despite so many people losing their lives, the company’s executives were never charged with any crimes due to various legal loopholes. Ever since that day Ashley has wanted to make them pay and, with the help of Project Prometheus, she now has the power. Only problem is, her actions put her in direct opposition to Red Kite, who is trying to bring down the very same execs for a different reason. Will Red Kite be able to put the oil tycoons behind bars or will they end up toasted by the Inferno.November 25, 2018 at 3:15 pm #153346
Mr. Noir- Lucien MarionPowers: Can convert shadows into tangible energy constructs
Lucien Marion was once a French immigrant working a desk job day to day trying to provide for his family. That all changed when the company he worked for was crashed and bought out illegally by Criminal Enterprises, to use as a front for one of their various crime rings. Marion wasn’t meant to be working late at the office the night that CE started transfering files over, but he was and he got caught. But instead of killing him, the head of opperations decided that Marion would make a much better test subject for one of their new experimental drugs, a variation on CE’s supervillain formula known as Noir. Unfortunately for Marion, the drug was successful, transforming him into the manifestation of darkness known as Mr. Noir. Now completely without remorse or pity, Noir lives only to cause pain and suffering, even killing of his own family to sever all ties to his previous life. Though he doesn’t directly work for Criminal Enterprises (he slaughtered his captures and escaped shortly after his transformation), his lose affiliation with them and his horrible crimes have put him in the sights of many superheroes, most notably Red Kite.November 26, 2018 at 4:58 pm #153353

He is still hunting Tshuma, and that has brought him to the Emerson area where she now resides, and into conflict with her new protege, Red Kite.November 27, 2018 at 3:54 pm #153361Megalodon & Mako- Joseph & Joanna TorrianoPowers: Enhanced Strength (Megalodon), Enhanced Speed/ Reflexes (Mako), Heightened Toughness and Stamina (Both), Sharpened/ Regrowing Teeth and Strengthed Jaws (Both)
A pair of small time hoods, the Torriano siblings, Joseph and Joanna, where given an opportunity by Criminal Enterprises to join their Emerson opperations. The Torriano’s proved to be adept at their business, so they were given an up-grade alongside a promotion to running the Emerson opperation, just one step below the CE board and taking direct orders from the boss. As part of their up-grade, both were given a new variation on the CE Super Villain Serum, which gave them shark-like attributes as well as a strength/ speed boost. Joseph took on the name Megalodon, whilst Joanna became Mako. Their new powers immediately came in handy, as bosses of an entire branch of Criminal Enterprises they have been put in the firing line of a number of superheroes, everyone from Swan-Song to Red Kite is now looking to take them down.November 30, 2018 at 4:03 pm #153395
The Deadly Seven
After numerous humiliating loses to Red Kite, Mindmaster decided that the only way for him to achieve his goal to defeat his nemesis once and for all was to acquire some help in doing so. He recruited 6 of Red Kite’s worst enemies to assist him in taking out their enemy. Of course, despite their shared goal, the group is not exactly harmonious and they’re almost as likely to end up fighting each other as much as fighting Red Kite, despite how hard Mindmaster tries.November 30, 2018 at 4:44 pm #153398
The Deadly Seven are looking great. I also really like the Condor from further up the page. Awesome concept for him. That jacket, though!
