Finally Specrtum’s evil antagonist, Serpent Lord Naja!

Oldrich Hannah is in charge of a group shrouded in secrecy called Shade. Shade performs experiments involving genetic splicing, usually an animal with a human. These experiments are normally performed against the subject’s will. Oldrich had the genetic splicing performed on himself with that of a King Cobra. Oldrich lost his arms as a result of the experiment, but had new arms attached to his body, these arms are much weaker than normal arms and are limited in their use. After his body changed, Oldrich demanded to be called Serpent Lord Naja by all who serve him. Lord Naja plans to raise an army of genetically spliced beings.

Don’t know whether the tail-axe is practical but it is sure dang cool!

Thank you both! Yeah, the tail-axe may not be super practical, but his arms aren’t very useful, so it gives him a way to attack without using them.

A gorilla with human-like intelligence involved in a lab experiment gone horribly wrong, Solar Simian can radiate massive amounts of energy to kick some serious butt! When the sun is out Solar Simian’s power doubles making him one gorilla you do not want to mess with.
