I’m guessing what he’s asking is this:

Is he allowed to use a character that he redesigned from another person’s concept? Like, say, I made a redesign of Queen Eagle, would I be allowed to use that as my original character in this contest.

I see now. I’m going to go with “no” so we eliminate any possibility of dispute before it can even arise. The characters you use should be 100% your own, whether they are part of your existing universe or you make them specifically for the contest. No redesigns.

Love the allusion. Emerald Power Armor’s cigarette smoke seeping through the glove yet it seems to power some sort of power punch or perhaps an energy bolt.

In engineering, what is called “reclamation.” The capture of exhaust energy into kinetic force.
