Hero machine 3 issues.

The hero machine 3 website does random things when I try to create a character.

1. It becomes slow

2. Freezes

3. A message pops up saying hero machine 3  not responding recover web page.

4. Sometimes goes to widescreen view for no reason and the buttons disappear. I try to click the pic to bring it back to normal view. Doesn’t do anything, I have to recover the website to bring it back to normal.
