Help with exporting

because my computer is quite slow and I’ve been getting quite a bit of lag with my latest character my only real option for getting a high res picture is to export, I’ve done this many other times easily. for some reason whenever i try and export it takes me to page where basically only have a half view of the character and it doesn’t download. Does anyone know how to fix this or an alternative I might be able to use to get a high res image?

I’ll post the image that i was able to get, though it’s too low res for my liking.

Edit: ignore the attempts me uploading images in the comments, seems to be useless. I’ll add them here.

Edit 2: can’t do it, thing’s useless.

I think it may have something to do with the background as I wasn’t having this problem beforehand, I’ll upload an image without the background for a point of comparison.
