HELP MEEEE!!!!!

every time i load something it either shows up really high or down low and i have to move all the items a lot in order to see them and when ever something spawns it spawns over their instead of were i can see it. and now it started not letting me load my characters at all they just won’t even show up anywhere. PLEASE HELP ME!
