wow! I never new you could mask the iris to those almond eyes like that without it moving toward the second color prt.hhmmm?good idea?yeah I am a bit dense.

Everything masks to the Color 1 shape so the Line Art and Color 2 shape are unaffected. So if I make the white of the eye Color 1 that should do it.

I must admit defeat. This is a lot more difficult to get right than I originally thought. DRAWING NORMAL HANDS IS HARD! I’ve been looking for a good Illustrated reference to make this easier. If I can’t find one in the next day or two I might have to ask you to make another request. Sorry about that.

That’s the problem. I am using the reference picture, but it is not ideal for interpreting into the HM style, at least for me. I’m sure Jeff would have no problem but I’m not a quarter the illustrator he is. I’m trying to find an illustration/photo that will be better suited for this purpose. And for the record, I’m having a hard time finding a good image with the hands posed in this fashion. If anyone stumbles across an image please feel free to post.

Cool and now I have the urge to watch Night of the Hunter, it’s all I can think of when I see those hands, not that that’s a bad thing.
