    I’ve noticed recently that it’s quite hard to portray a character of any age other than a youngish adult on the Machine. Now, it might be just me having this problem, but I think it would be good to see more children and elderly characters. To that end, here is a contest devoted to them. Your character has to be visibly older or younger than the usual fare – if you like, you can add an adult for comparison, or if you’re feeling ambitious you could even make a whole family portrait with parents, grandparents and children. Bonus points if there’s a baby – the proportions for them are even harder than for children!

    There’s also a topic in the Poses section of the forum for this type of character.
