Thanks Al! I may tweak it some more, but just for a test run I think it turned out pretty decent.
@ Lightning: Your never ending quest for knowledge intrigues me so.
-Take an Insignia
– drop colors 1 & 2’s transparency to “0”
– mask something on top of it
– adjust layer hierarchy accordingly
– enjoy
