The rule is No Copyrighted characters period, no characters even original works from a copyrighted setting, such as Marvel or DC’s worlds unless those settings have an Officially Licensed Role-Playing Game, but it most be clearly stated they are a RPG character and from what game in the post that the character is posted in. After my recent conversation with Jeff he is allowing Children of characters from character within the SAME settings so long as they are RPG characters and of course original concepts obviously you can’t decide to create a character that is the daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey and name her Rachael Summers for example.
