Personally, the few I’ve used were spandex. Otherwise, it’s jigglin’ and wigglin’ (to the cuties so belligerent (whoops, inadvertent Gorillaz reference there)) via sizing and rotation. Of course, Your Mileage May Vary, but then that’s my take on things.
