What is on the other side of a black hole? The superheroine known as Blackhole is an alien, possibly from beyond that void. Her powers and abilities include immeasurable super strength, energy absorption and manipulation, variable body density to the point of having her own gravity field, vision across the entire spectrum including the ultra and infra extremes. She is also capable of unaided interstellar space flight, by way of wormholes and warp speed. While it is true that the abilities of many superheroes defy physics, Blackhole’s seem to operate on a whole other set of rules. One of her more incomprehensible abilities is to be able to generate a gravitational pull that seems as strong as her namesake. This is an ability she rarely uses and only in deep space under the most extreme situations. How she came to Earth is unknown, as is her place of origin, but she has since proven herself to be a much more than capable protector of her adopted homeworld. She along with Starchild and Moonstar form the Cosmic Protectorate.
