Dblade, I finally found a replacement item for the flat cap. How about an Army of two style mask/helmet. I know you did do one already, but I was thinking more along the lines of the other one like so:



But blank and without battle damage, I figure it could be useful for urban heroes. If this is too difficult, I’m sure I can come up with something else.
