David Morris was born a mutant. He has the ability to spin his body fast enough to create a funnel cloud capable of disrupting entire cities. He is one of the more vain superheroes of the time, and never hesitates to let his face be seen by everyone. He is currently going through somewhat of a mid-life crisis, and everyone can see that he’s wearing a toupee and that the Cyclotron, his car, has had some special work done to it.
