Cinderella, bored with life as a princess, secretly took up learning to use throwing knives. When her husband the prince was killed in battle by a dragon, Cinderella stepped down as princess and joined the Daughters of Grimm, a group of fairy tale girls who have grown up and grown tired of being pushed around by ogres, witches and the like. Like her teammates, Cinderella exists in the storybook world in the Faerie Queen’s Book of Fables.
