Duncan was a villain in the golden age of heroes as a young man. But he figures since he was never caught back then, he may as well keep at crime. He has a mutation that causes huge feathery wings to grow from his back allowing him to fly. At 72 years old, Duncan is one of the oldest supervillains on record. He has established himself recently as a major nemesis of the superhero the Raven.
