A Mardi Gras style parade, lets the heros Bast and Aqualad to protest for the Aquatic life!
The body is used as a hat for aqua boy, the legwear is used as Bast’s costume! and the neckwear is used as a collar!
The characters are what I was going for costume wise!
(btw, I was going to use confetti, but I got interupted… and oops)
