Hand-drawn art is one thing, and considered fair use. Creating a program that lets thousands of people create images of your copyrighted characters even if they can’t draw is another thing entirely 🙂
Once again, you guys as end users are an entirely different category of target than I am as the person who makes the software. They went after the dude who wrote Napster first, not the people using it.
TLDR; It’s ok if you draw it by hand.
I haven’t seen anything with Strange in a while, almost forgot about him. Does DC still use him in any comics anymore?
