HM3: Tread on me, really

Per requests from Fabien and a couple of others, I just added a set of mechanical robot treads to the Body-Monster set:

    It’s what all the fashionable tanks are wearing this season. Also, you can’t tell because it’s not in color, but the treads are white. After Easter, and all that.
