Powers: Heightened senses (especially sight), agility, hand-eye coordination all at the peal of human levels.
Master bowyer with an advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and chemistry.
Has a pet dragon named Dewi (after the patron saint of Wales).
Backstory: Colin loved archery and was good at it from a very young age. He tried out for the Olympics and made the team only to be falsely accused of doping by one of his rivals there by being disqualified for lfe from ever competing. In time he turned to crime and has become infamous throughout Europe.
Despite this he is proud of his heritage and took on the surname of Welsh as a nod to his ancestry. His costume is also an homage to his homeland, being a take on the flag of Wales (though the dragon on his torso is not historically accurate)
His bow is of his own make, utilizing his mechanical engineering skills. He also has a number of specialized arrows with which he can deliver various chemical compunds, effects.

Background:
Colin Welsh’s love of archery came at an early age, his parents encouraged him and got him lessons as soon as he was old enough. His skill grew and at 16 he was picked to represent the United Kingdom in the Olympics. However his dream would end before it ever began, one of his rivals for the team enraged at Colin for making the team over him managed to get Colin framed for doping.
Colin’s world crumbled, but instead he turned is anger and disappointment to increasing his skills. He would find a way to prove he had been screwed over and would get his revenge. He studied bowyery, fletching, artillatory and gunsmithing. He also took some classes in mechanical engineering.
During his studies he came to the conclusion that for what he wanted to do a typical bow and arrow just wasn’t practical. A crossbow would be better but had its limitations, and though skilled with firearms and gunsmithing, they just weren’t his thing. So using his mechanical skills he began developing a specialized repeating crossbow, capable of firing both quarrells and stones/bullets.
