An alien delegate from an neighboring aquatic planet takes the podium to address the Intergalactic Congress. Because it’s species is aquatic they must wear a water apparatus/and tank off world.

Herbir Eorg is the delegate to the intergalactic Congress for the invisible people of the planet Griffin. Little is known about Griffinian biology due to their invisibility. Due to their clothing shape and the occasional ability to see their light and dark spots in certain lighting, they appear to be generally humanoid. The planet Griffin is home to many large, wild beasts, and thus it is likely that the Griffinians developed their invisibility as a defense mechanism against predators. Griffinians, despite being known as a generally amicable people, are known for being rather reluctant to share details of their anatomy with outsiders, mostly because they think it’s fun to watch their confusion. However, they have made it clear that they can see each other perfectly fine, as they have a very well adapted sense of sight. Traditional Griffinian garments are much more subdued than what Eorg is wearing, but traveling Griffinians (such as ambassadors and politicians) often wear bright, garish colors (especially magenta, blue and gold, the colors of the Griffinian flag) in order to compensate for their typical lack of visibility. Here, Eorg is shown on his home planet, shortly before departing for his first Intergalactic Congress meeting.

Aeraf Daryen – Delegate for the planet Oitania
    https://www.deviantart.com/nerd0and0proud/art/NerdAndProud-Aeraf-Daryen-814535714

The Oitanians are a mostly humanoid species, with two arms and two legs, two eyes, and a mouth. But they have many differences from humans. They are a mostly hairless species, and on their heads they grow semi-prehensile tentacles, in various lengths. These tentacles can grow all around the sides, back, and top of their heads. Oitanians are born with one tentacle, but grow more as they age. Children and teens range from 1 to 5 tentacles, whereas adults and elders range anywhere from 6-14. Since they do not have noses as humans do, Oitanians also use their tentacles for their sense of smell, though it goes far beyond fragrances, as they can sense some emotions (this takes practice, however). Oitanians are known to have vibrant-colored skin, with intricate striping in another color. They also grow fin-like parts on their elbows, shoulders, and sometimes backs of feet. Oitanians do not have irises or pupils, so their eyes are usually one color. They are able to see in the dark, and underwater. Oitanians can breathe both water and oxygen, but they do so through gills on the sides of their necks.

Oitania is a tropical planet, filled with lagoons and beautiful landscapes. The plants are very similar to those of Earth, but they live much longer, and don’t require much nourishment. The people of Oitania are mostly peaceful, but train their finest men and women to be warriors in the off chance they would go to war.

Aeraf Daryen is the descendant of a long line of High Chancellors, the leaders of the planet. His rank is denoted by the red disk he wears on his chest. The Arms of Oitania are also denoted on his chest, with a yellow shooting star on a blue-green background. He wears the traditional garb of the High Chancellor, and carries the ceremonial Staff of Weidu. The staff’s design includes a single white tentacle wrapped around it, signifying the unity and harmony of the Oitanians. The top of the staff points upward, representing their motive of always advancing, and being prepared for the worst.

A relatively young representative from her race, Vermish S’valda brings a warmth not often seen from her snake-like people. Her grassy home sports flora of similarly bright blues and purples. She greets everyone with a delightful four-armed embrace that leaves the recipient breathless but comforted.

  5. Scott Weyers says:

    Title/Name:Technologian Prime Cantmor Goffar
    Affiliation: Istrian Technocracy

The Istrian Technocracy is a group of five planets in the Typhon Prime Star System.
The Technocracy is ruled by a council of Scientists and Technology experts.
Inhabitants are made up of a mix of Techno-Organic and cybernetically-enhanced humanoids.

While they are by no means pacifistic, the Istrians do not go out of their way to
engage in war. They would rather expand thru trade and negotiation.

Cantmor, as Technologian Prime, is free to negotiate treaties, trade pacts etc. with
other civilizations as she deems would be the most advantageous to her people. She
has been their ambassador to the Intergalactic Congress for more than 50 years

Most Istrians wear a techno-organic mask covered in intricate patterns which identify them
    and their station.

    Xedren Khull

A Delegate from the Solar system cluster, Kaapria Prime.
The Kaapri are a reptilian humanoid race, that use chemical, and telepathic communication.
The sash, and belt he wears represents his status, but it also incorporates a universal translator for communicating with other races.
Kaapria Prime is the largest of 3 close solar systems. The smaller 2, Kesisys, and Korna, are used to do technical research and development .
They are a peaceful race, but their technology is highly advanced, so they are fierce fighters when protecting their home.

  11. The Atomic Punk says:

Grongh is the Second Voice to the Supreme Voice of the Most Exalted One of the Greatest Empire of the Known and Forgotten. His mission was to go to the intergalactic congress to declare annexation of the Lowest of the Known and Forgotten. Grongh was unsuccessful as his stands 16 meters tall. Which meant that he could not fit through the door to enter the congress. Thus he missed the quorum call and was unable to deliver the Declaration of Supremacy. Grongh would later be ticketed for loitering.
