Character Design Challenge #332: Twins!

Your CDC this week is to create a pair of twins; one good and one evil.

Rules for posts, contests, and challenges: Original characters only, no copyrighted characters, no characters based on copyrighted characters, no characters based on RPG’s or other games. The characters must be your own design and not based on any character that might be copyrighted in any way. Please keep all submissions PG13: full or partial nudity is prohibited. I have the right to delete any post that I believe crosses this line without warning. Only post characters that have been created solely using Hero Machine, and that you know for certain have never been entered in a contest before. If you aren’t certain, don’t enter it, because I’m not going to go back through all of the contests and check.

All entries must be in JPG or PNG form (BMPs are too big), posted to a publicly accessible website (like the HeroMachine :,ImageShackDeviantArt, or whatever - Please do not use Photobucket);

  • Entries must be made as a comment or comments to this post, containing a link directly to the image and the character name;
  • Please name your filesas [your name]-[character name].[file extension] before you upload it. So DiCicatriz, for instance, would save his “Bayou Belle” character image as DiCicatriz-BayouBelle.png.

Please make the link go directly to the image (like this) and not to a hosting jump page (like this). *

This contest will close on Sunday, August 13 at 9:00am Eastern.

    Conjoined twins are fine.

    So, a couple of questions:

    – Must both characters be in the same image (as in created at the same time, as alexandros did)?
    – Are multiple entries allowed?

  4. djuby says:

    No…
    Yes.

    Canoc was apprehensive when he realised that his wife had unnexpectedly produced another mouth to feed. Despite growing to love both his children, he was rather relieved then the Academy showed up ten years later took the twins. Throughout all their years of magical training, neither Balam nor Batab was particularly outstanding, and instructors often complained about the disturbances caused by their canine companions.
    When the time came to choose a specialisation, neither was ready. Balam chose to settle for Magic Theory and Aritmancy, while Batab decided to drop out of his studies altogether, instead choosing to pursue… less traditional schools of magic. The young aspiring necromancer soon would learn how the Academy deals with rogue sorcerors…

    Kabasa and Damasi

    It’s been fifty years since the day that Kabasa–the real Kabasa–stole Damasi’s identity. Kabasa drugged her twin sister the day that she was supposed to set out to sea, then took her place as captain of the vessel.
    The ship, which Kabasa renamed “The Chance”, was originally meant to join the Empire’s efforts to explore and colonise the newly discovered continent. But Kabasa decided that plundering the ships trading between the Empire and its colonies would be more profitable.
    But worst of all, Damasi was forced to take up her sister’s arranged marriage. No one believed her when she said she was Damasi; or, if they did, they blamed her for being to lazy to go to the docks on time that fateful day.
    Now Damasi clutches her twin’s retirement letter, where that smug snake announces that she’s bought the lands surrounding Damasi’s home, and that she eagerly awaits to meet her new family.
