From Hell: Hell, yes. I agree, From Hell may be the actual Alan Moore masterpiece. Dense, fascinating and absolutely terrifying. This actually kept me up at night.
Dark Knight Returns: What hasn’t already been said? Miller at his best before he absolutely lost his friggin’ mind.
Miracleman: YES YES YES! Wow, talk about one of the great overlooked titles. Riveting, absolutely riveting.
The New Frontier: I can’t say enough good things about this series. Smart, punchy, clever, fun…one of the all time greats. Jeff, did you ever pick up the second volume TB?
Yes, I have the whole New Frontier set and the DVD movie. I’m such a nerd.
I also picked up the new “All Star Superman” volume 2 hardback yesterday at the comics shop. Good times.
