The first "HeroMachine Mini" based on the "FaceMaker" code is now up for your entertainment purposes! The Tony Hawk Tricked Out Skate Deck lets you build your own skateboard HeroMachine-style, with all the features of the new version available. You can scale items, move them around with your mouse, set your own custom colors, and more. I think it turned out nicely and is pretty fun to play around with, even if you're not much of a skateboarder. Let me know what you think if you check it out!

The Secret Lair
So far, so fun–and I don’t even know the first thing about skateboarding. 🙂
One question–why is one of the text options the word “Verbiage”? I figured that would give me the option to enter my own text, but it didn’t.
Neat, a unique use for HeroMachine.
Is the skew effect on the scale a bug or a feature?
Also I noticed you were able to able to get the full range of custom colors for the facemaker, but in this it is back to just the dark half. I don’t if it was intentional or not.
The word “Verbiage” was supposed to allow you to enter your own text, but I couldn’t figure out how to make that work in this version of Flash. And then I thought it was kind of funky to leave it just “verbiage”.
Level, this one was completed and delivered before I realized there was a problem with the custom color selection. It’s been sitting for a while.
Jeff, you’re a nice guy, but would you please concentrate on “HeroMachine 3.0”?
Danny, when you get paid, you work on what you’re told to work on. This was for a client (the Tony Hawk game people) who paid UGO to have it done. That always takes priority.
3.0 will get done in its time, grasshopper.
Dont rush him danny! Quality takes time.
