RobMParticipantI’ve posted this before in another form, but I thought I’d do so again because I made it available on Amazon through Create Space. It’s an illustrated (using HeroMachine) Halloween short story I wrote for my wife a few years ago. It follows a group of school-age children on their unsupervised Halloween adventures, which center on the main character’s obsession with a derelict house. It’s fast-paced and mature kid/young adult appropriate – no gore or inappropriate behavior other than mild cursing.

The dynamic pose, the well-designed but simple out fit, the background that fades away in the distance, the foreground with the perspective that is just right, the speed effect AND all of those things working together. Great concept, brilliant execution.
The fingers of his left hand look a little bit awkward, but that’s literally the only problem I could think of. Great job.
