Monkey C. Rick Blair is a geeky lab tech who was merged with a monkey test subject. The primate was designated “Monkey C”. He volunteered for the experiment of splicing DNA profiles hoping to become something other than the frail and sickly person that he was. Much to his surprise the result of the experimentation allowed him to shapeshift into a massive and powerful ape while retaining his intellect and speech ability.

Rick Blair is a student at NYU. He was on a tour of at M.O.O.N Labs when he accidentally stumbled into an on-going experiment. In his haste to leave he tripped and fell into the stasis field that held a small primate. In a flash the two merged into one, leaving him as a humanoid primate. In a panic, he fled the lab, using agility and acrobatics that he could never have done before. He escaped the building and sprinted away as fast as he could. Over time he learned that in addition to his ability to jump and tumble at an incredible pace he also had enhanced strength and senses. He decided to use these new-found abilities to be a hero for the people. He became known as Monkey C or MC for short.

can manipulate any water or fluid and freeze it at will. his specialty is freezing water in the form of bladed weapons. in an emergency he can freeze his own blood to form weapons or even use his enemies blood and form sharp blades, evicerating them from the inside out.
