For VonMalcolm's Character Contest 43 win, he requested an alien or monster bursting out of a stomach. This is what we settled on, currently available in Body-Monster:

It's a little more complex than most items, with the usual color1 and color2 areas, along with pre-colored (and unalterable) red and purple highlights, plus shadowing. But it was a complicated image to produce and still look right, so that's what we had to go with.

And for winning Caption Contest 89, Gero wanted this logo in Insignia-Standard, also now available:

Congratulations to both of those guys, and thanks for coming up with a couple of interesting additions to HM3.

I really like that new insignia, A very interesting take on an Egyptian Eye hieroglyph

The Crimson King Sigul! Wohooo! 😀
(You can tell I´m gonna put it to good use)

  4. Avatar Gene says:

Maybe the Chest burster should have been put under companions? :p

@Quark: Glad to meet another Constant Reader! The King is easily my favorite fictional villain of all time…

  6. Avatar Hastur says:

someone needs to make the Yellow Sign as well

  7. Avatar The Imp says:

King should’ve ended DT with the fourth book cause I’ve gotta say, the last three were one huge abortion.

  8. Avatar VonMalcolm says:

Great Job Jeff! I do like the new tongue better.

  9. Avatar Jigglypuff says:

I think you need to start converting the Tech sets of Tops to the female body. Just a small reminder…

  10. Avatar The Imp says:

I personally vote for fixing these continuous errors that keep making HM glitch whenever you select multiples of a set item, etc etc. I just lost an hour of work due to that.

I’ve simply had to learn to “Save” multiple copies of my drawing, doing a new one every time I make a major change. Tedious, but helpful.

  12. Avatar Anarchangel says:

@Imp(10) – I’ve found that that particular glitch happens more often when you click on the item itself to switch to the menu set rather than using the drop down menu each time. It’s slightly more time consuming to scroll through the menus each time you want to change set but in my experience it causes less glitches

(I know I worded that a little weird but hopefully you get my meaning)

  13. Avatar The Imp says:

Yep, I’ve found the same thing. It’s just annoying. Very very annoying.

  14. Avatar Brad says:

Thanks for the heads-up on that one, Anarchangel. I’ll keep it in mind.
