Sample Warrior Mini character

Nothing fancy, but I put the faces in tonight and wanted to see how they came out. The hair got done this morning, and that Top was completed last night. Pretty fun to play with. Hope you're having a fun Halloween dressing yourself up for real tonight!

  1. Yeh when do you think it will be up and ready?

  2. Looks awesome. I can’t wait.

  3. Impressive, Jeff. Can’t wait to be able to use it.

  4. Every fanboy’s crazy ’bout a sharp dressed man, er…modern warrior! Nice work, sir.

  5. I think the launch date is some time in very early December. There’s a contest associated with it that’s incredibly cool, so definitely stay tuned for that.

I hopefully will have a beta test version up in the next week or so for you all to bang away on, giving me a couple of weeks to tweak, change, and add features as needed.

  6. This is looking great, Jeff. I’m looking forward to getting a chance to play with it.

  7. Shinyman, Shinyman, that is one real shiny man!
He’s a scratchy man, with long fingernails,
Which are are shiny like his armour since he’s Shinyman!

Ok, someone else finish the Shinyman theme song. Quite nice though.

  8. Jeff,

It looks great. Can’t wait to play with it.

  9. I love the hands.

Shinyman, Shinyman, his armor is shiny but not his hands.
Is he strong? Is he tough? If he cuts you it’s pretty rough.
Watch out he doesn’t find you, cuz then his armor might blind you,
    cuz he’s a ShinyMAAAAAAN!

    How’s that? 🙂

  11. I have a couple more sites for you
    guns:
    http://world.guns.ru/main-e.htm

and the three best designers of future soldiers
I thought they might help you with ideas:

    http://knightwatch.deviantart.com/
http://lhs.deviantart.com/ his older stuff and sketches are great

  12. what about a seperate shooting spark that you can add to the tip of a gun or something to make it look like it is either firing or don’t put it if you don’t want it to look like it is firing?

  13. I second Ballin’Boy idea. You could even make more than one type (ex: flame, standard, modern-day shooting effects (with or without bullet), Laser, Rocket) so each coulb shoot what we choose for him to shoot. And, considering you can resize and mask and move objects, you could use these effets to make all sorts of cool things.

  14. I don’t really use guns on my characters but here’s some others might like

  17. The Icedaemon

He’s got plenty of guns in Heromachine 2.5. Most of those will likely make a comeback. He’s already got an MM-1 there, for example, and I think we can all agree that a drum-clip using grenade launcher is even better than one that fires shotgun shells – especially since I believe an MM-1 can be configured to use large shotgun shells as well.
