I just went ahead and merged 4 of his topics together as they were all general galleries. I left one unmerged because the title suggested a specific reason for that thread ( mutant animals ) as opposed to a general gallery. …. That leaves you with Just one additional gallery you can have Sam, so please take heed of the forum rules, if you can’t obey them I will have to take further action.

Here is Phantom, another member of the Rose 10 and part of Flock’s sub squad. He, like Flock, gained his powers through the use of a machine which scans powered people and can imprint their dna onto people. Phantom has the ability to phase through and inhabit objects. He uses this and his skill with a bow and arrow to work as the Rose 10’s assassin.
