A soldier and her war-god lover find themselves becoming the one thing neither ever expected: a family.

Yikes. Why were you away so long? There are custom poses available on here when you are ready to import the text. I usually wind up building mine out of heads when the templates don’t have what I need. Keep it up, man.

This was just an awesome ideal that was floating around in my head….Tho this not my final design but I had to but it out there… What if Abe Lincoln was to take the place of the Horsemen Death and assume his role ????

Wow. I just came to look again at “I’m Ready,” and I found the contest already won. (Just as well, I’d have found things you didn’t intend.)

You know, tribute pieces would make an interesting contest for the blog. You wouldn’t have to choose hm artists. You could have us play ‘hide the so-and-so’ with any non-copyrighted group of just about anything. I must say, I’m liking the challenge aspect of these contests a bit more than I expected.

“The Night Tessla Discovered Razor Wire” Tessla, the Magnanimous Magnetic Man, had an incident of, as the press put it, “environmental interference with his heroics.” Thanks to the Rapid Response Team and the efforts of Dr. Stephanie Coxcomb, he is expected to make a full recovery. The good news is, they didn’t need the MRI machine to image him. He did that for them for free and paid for his medical bills in kind by imaging twenty other patients. Why twenty? The legal department had to draw up several special forms . . .

(Just in case anyone’s wondering, Tessla’s pose is one that everyone winds up in when they try to fit in human form for the first time. Dr. Coxcomb may have scoliosis and a deformed arm, but I couldn’t find good source material and don’t do surgery ‘that often’ myself. That is to say, I ran out of time trying to make her look right. Also, a recent sociological poll online revealed that more medical students have received spinal tats in the past two years than have in the past three decades.)

Searine looks way cool, but do you have bigger versions of the pictures? Can’t see much detail at that resolution.

Reply To: How do I create a bug swarm?

What you could try to do is just use the dragonfly aura and use multiples of it, each different sizes and layers, so you could have smaller ones at the back behind the skeleton and then larger auras at the front (to suggest they’re closer to the viewer) and to add interaction have some of those be in front of the skeleton (maybe even mask a single dragonfly onto a circle insignia and place it on the skeleton somewhere, just an idea) so it looks like he is actually trying to escape from the swarm rather than just being there in front of it. That way you minimise the masking you have to do and you could still include the clouds if you wanted as a background (maybe as a dusk cloud or something).

But that’s just my suggestion, someone else might have a better one.
