That's a bit complicated!

The mat itself is made of two triangles from Backgrounds-Shapes.  The corner pole is a staff from ItemRight-Polearms. The turnbuckle pads are male heads turned upside down. The ring ropes are also staves from ItemRight-Polearms.

Here is the code for the ring/arena. Just paste it into the Load->Text menu.
