Also this may just be a personal style thing but I usually reverse the way you have your dark and light colors

I've learned that when you try to do anything other than a basic A-pose there's almost no reason to use anything in "chest" and any chest armor you want should be made piecemeal from the gloves/shoulders/neck categories. Also try masking out oversized parts (On this one I masked out part of the neck piece that was sticking out behind his shouldercloak) or using extra parts on top to cover up areas that don't look good. The shoulder cloak and the belt pouch I added for no other reason, which you'll discover if you look under them.

I also thought his facial expression looked way too passive for that aggressive dance pose 🙂 so I altered the eyes to make him a little more intense.

Attached is a side by side and my remake's text file.

After the performance of Christmas, Santa's got to blow off a little STEAM. Ditch the sleigh after cutting the reindeer loose, roll up the sleeves to show the tats, change to the skating jacket over a band-themed tee, and go for some rip-roarin,' snow-bellyin,' guitar-riffin,' ACTION.

*On a personal note, never open four windows on YouTube to listen to Christmas Carols while watching thrash metal and snowboarding and skate-stunting videos.
