Weapons/ Armor: Kinetic energy damping armor, regulates absorption of energy keeps him from overloading
Powers: Ability to absorb all kinetic and thermal energy directed at him and uses it to augment his strength, speed, stamina and recuperation capabilities to superhuman levels. He absorbs the energy of any impact he is struck by, including not only direct physical blows, but also the impact of bullets and throwing weapons
Bio: Gene Thomas event powers became active at age 10, his parents unable to cope with his powers (and in need of financial aid) agreed to sign over guardianship to the government agency C.O.P.s (Commission On Paranormals and Supers , which is charged with the task of policing event powered beings and other supers)
Gene’s powers limit his contact with others until in his early 20s when the Kinetic armor was developed for him. Gene as Kinetic works hard to gain public acclaim, which for him makes up for his feeling of loss during his early childhood and teen years
