He is the last of his race. His world was destroyed in a civil war that had been fought over faith/supernatural vs Science/ Tech . His world was basicly split by the two groups.
On the faith /supernatural side there were groups os Shamans /wizards that wield enroumous powers and the same for the Tech/ Science side as the two groups tore the world apart a number of wizards and Scientists got together and created Me’ Lak as means to have their world live on ..

Background:
Anthony Marshall was the inventor/ test pilot for a flight suit known simply as The Bird.
Anthony is an “Eventer†and his abilities are expressed in his powers of invention. Anthony had hoped to sell his design to a branch of the Us Armed Service.
Bio:
After months of work the suit is ready, the “SDA†(Strategic Defense Agency) has shown interest in buying copies of the suit. Anthony’s lab is broken into by the villain Max Doom., during the attack Marshall’s wife is killed, and Anthony puts on the suit and fights off Max Doom.Name: Alexander, and Andrew Dalton

Night Vision – The ability to generate a laser energy. The brothers are able to construct objects from solid light. They are also able to tap into the energy for flight super strength and limited restiance to injuryBio; Alexander, and Andrew Dalton only have in common, shared genetic material and super powers. Omega feels that it is the right of those whom have powers to be in control and have rule over all others.
Alpha feels that those with powers have the duty to protect help and serve others.
