Powers: His power stems from the technology he wears on his chest. It allows him to focus and reflect beams towards his enemies.
Info: After signing up to test a secret military weapon ,one soldier appeared to be the only one that was able to control and used it.Though he refuse’s to share his real name with anyone but his commanding officers, he is nothing but respected from his fellow military personal. After a number of mission’s the other soldiers as well as his commanding officers started calling him Counterbeam. He took to the name and started using it more than his real name.
