Info: Tim Parker worked as an accountant for a weapons company. He was a quiet man with simple needs and had very few friends in the office. His was lucky to be friends with one of the leading scientists of the company. When he found out that an employee was supplying terrorists with weapons, he decided he would ask his friend for help. Putting on a mask and taking an experimental weapon he put a stop to the dealings. He enjoyed his heroic deed so much he decided to keep it up. He became the clock.
