Shin isn’t actually a yakuza, he and his brothers are noblemen fallen from grace in an rpg setting inspired by the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender. So he’s a guy whose kung fu is so powerful he can fight evenly with people who can create flames with their punches or small tornadoes with their kicks or whatever.
