Blinker was an abandoned street kid in the Ivory Coast. He is mute and no one knows his real name; everyone just calls him Blinker. He possesses the natural psionic ability of Teleportation. He is able to teleport both himself and a certain amount of additional mass over an unknown maximum distance almost instantly. He was recruited by the ISF to be a reserve team member for transport. It is believed Blinker tears a hole in the fabric of this dimensions stability to move to another location. He must either visualize the area he teleports to or he must see the location. He can bring up to 5 tons of additional mass with him. He has no fighting skills and has mastered his teleportation powers to teleport out of danger at a moments notice but he can only do this to areas he can visually observe. Blinker also displays low level ability to project a psionic force field around his body. The force field can stop bullets but not much else.
