Collin Mills aka Comedy is one half of the criminal duo the Drama Club. He and his brother Howard Mills aka Tragedy are wanted under the suspicion of murder and hundreds of robberies in Missouri. They were contained multiple times and escape do to their strength and acrobatics. This is the last offense and the next time they are detained they will go to the Super-max Prison of Super Villains.
