To answer your question about how close to this character you can get with Heromachine 3.0, You can get pretty close just using items without using any of the advanced tools However the great thing about 3.0 is that it is truly limited only by your imagination. With the ability to Move, resize, add patterns, and mask any and all items as you see fit it is easy to use just about any item for just about anything.
