I don’t know, she seems innocent enough, but she could also be holding a giant knife behind her back, or as brought up by Jeimuzu she could be wearing the form of a demure young lady to put her victims off guard right before she reveals herself as a massive lovecraftian monstrosity with thousands of mouths/eyes/tentacles whose presence is accompanied by the faint sound of children crying and the scent of a dying ocean…
Or of course she could just be a beautifully shy girl as she appears exactly to be
