Device designed to emulate absolute evil. Purpose to destroy morale of enemy or boost war enthusiasm by crediting enemy with it’s production and mobilization. Structural Building Imploder, Arson Unit, EMP device, new random target selection program, Mark 8 Tactical AI Chip, interrogation programming completely facilitated by various bladed appendages, Evasion Rockets, titanium-alloy shell with internal air-jet cooling and cushioning for lead-lined CPU. Top speed without rockets approximately 85 kmph.

Incident Classification: Black Incident Categorization: Breach
Incident Description: J13 imploded, device exited through hole in building as fire began, crossed parking lot, entered sewer, fried security cameras, blew up water reclamation facility, disappeared into sewer system. One magnified still available by security camera serial number 86-881fa.
Security Recommendations: Request to call National Guard denied. Request to call DOD denied. DH13 provided the following: “It’s battery power may be good for 5 months. Anyone encountering it should have about 3 seconds to say ‘I am evil. I will do evil for you. What do you command?’ It shouldn’t kill anyone who says that.” In 5 months, assuming it has built no copies of itself, turn on tracking device and retrieve quietly. DH13 assures this is the most likely outcome.
