? No, the hand has to twist this way if his thumb and forefinger rest on the table and hold the fork pointing that way. Furthermore, if the hand was the other way it wouldn’t mean the arm was twisted. I have seen this pose in real life. Some people tend to twist their wrist the same direction as their shoulder when they turn their whole body at the same time.
