Powers: superhuman strength, stamina, flight, speed, and durability. Can perceive the entire electromagnetic spectrum , matter / energy manipulation, is able to teleport, and is capable of interdimensional travel can also increase power levels by tapping into extra dimensional source
Bio: Dr Milton is from an alternate reality, where humans have nearly been killed off by vampires. He was part of Project Helios, Helios was a weapon design program, and they were attempting to harness energy from the sun into a weapon system in order to battle the vampires. By mistake they are able to tap into a power source which is contained in the space between universes. The feed back destroys all life on earth as well as all vampires. Dr Milton is the only person to survive.
