Ability to manipulate probability. Altering events to any outcome. Her powers can cause machines to stop working, items to burst into flame, effect the outcome of events. i.e. Control the winning hand at blackjack or poker. To get a desired specific result requires intense concentration.
Bio:
Dawn Masters grew up in a middle income family. Dawn’s Family would give her almost anything she wanted, but what Dawn wanted most was control. When Dawn was sixteen she realized that some of the things she wished for were starting to happen.
They were just small things at first. The cheerleader who was actually better than her breaking her leg before the big game. The teacher who gave her a B being caught in a scandal. Her father getting an unheard of bonus so he could buy her a car.
Dawn left home at seventeen deciding to use her powers for a life of crime. She took the name Lady Luck. During her second heist she was defeated by the hero Red Riding Hood. Dawn was able to use her powers to get her case dismissed. She changed her name
To Ms. Adventure. Ms. Adventure only works behind the scenes now, running several operations to supply henchmen to other villains.
