Bve-Farr, the Extinguishment. With such a name it’s a given that he’s not one of the bad guys. He’s an intergallactic menace and the last of his kind… by his own merits. See, he believes he’s the avatar of extinction or something like that and, in his crusade to erradicate all life from the universe he had to start somewhere. As it is common in super-hero comic-books, his grandious agenda doesn’t seem to scare away other super-villains, who use to tag along with him in super-meanie teams.
