Faith was a nun who was recruited into Christgard, the Vatican-sanctioned team of demon hunters, for ability to perform exorcisms. At the time that John Devlin joined the team, she was already high in the ranks, and by the time he awoke from his coma, she had retired. She is now the Mother Superior at a small Catholic church in Vatican City.
