Bio:
Scot was born with his mutant power, though it lay dormant until he hit puberty, already in a very rebellious stage. Eager to get what he wanted without having to work for it, Scott began a long crime spree, simply taking what he wanted when he wanted it. He was confronted by the Defenders, a superhero team, just as they were set upon by a shadowy villain group called the Gauntlet. Scott was able to escape with the Gauntlet, and thus he became known as the Electric Dragon.
