Jeremy, codename Eagle, was the head of the technical department at M.A.C.H.I.N.E. headquarters. He oversaw all technological development of weapons, gadgets, vehicles, etc. until he was killed in a massive explosion set off by the vigilante Rage. Like Jeremy, all of the members of the technical department were given code names relating to birds.
